On the morning of January 27, Mr. Phan Thien Dinh, Chairman of the Ha Tinh Provincial People’s Committee, together with a working delegation, conducted an on-site inspection of the implementation progress of DragonIZ Ha Tinh (Gia Lach Industrial Park Expansion Project), invested by Thang Long Import-Export Investment Joint Stock Company (DragonGroup). During the visit, the provincial leader also directed relevant stakeholders to remove existing bottlenecks, accelerate infrastructure development, and lay a solid foundation for attracting production and business projects in the coming period.

Joining the delegation were Mr. Tran Bau Ha – Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; Mr. Tran Viet Ha – Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Head of the Ha Tinh Economic Zone Authority; along with leaders of relevant departments, sectors, and local authorities.

At the inspection, Chairman Phan Thien Dinh emphasized the requirement for departments, agencies, local authorities, and the investor to focus on resolving difficulties and obstacles, expediting construction progress, and synchronously completing infrastructure systems of industrial parks and industrial clusters. At the same time, continued efforts are needed to attract secondary investment projects into production and business activities, thereby contributing to the province’s socio-economic development.

The delegation directly inspected the compensation, support, site clearance, and construction progress of the investment project for building and operating the infrastructure of the Gia Lach Industrial Park Expansion. Covering a total area of 194.36 hectares, the project is oriented by DragonGroup toward a modern, environmentally friendly industrial park model, featuring integrated and synchronized technical infrastructure and meeting sustainable development standards. The project aims to attract FDI investors and domestic enterprises in clean manufacturing, supporting industries, logistics, and high value-added industrial sectors. As of January 22, 2026, a total of 180.56 hectares of land had been recovered and approved for compensation and site clearance, with total compensation and support funding reaching VND 293.37 billion.



After listening to reports from relevant units and conducting on-site inspections, the Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee highly appreciated the proactive and dedicated efforts of DragonGroup, the project’s infrastructure investor, in coordinating with provincial departments and local authorities in compensation, site clearance, and infrastructure investment. At the same time, he requested departments, agencies, and localities to continue fully performing their state management functions over industrial parks and industrial clusters, focusing on resolving difficulties related to site clearance, sources of filling materials, and legal procedures to ensure projects are implemented according to the approved schedule.

For DragonGroup, the infrastructure investor of the Gia Lach Industrial Park Expansion (DragonIZ Ha Tinh), the Chairman requested continued concentration of resources and close coordination with local authorities in compensation, support, resettlement, site clearance, and land handover. He also urged the investor to promptly complete land lease procedures and land rent exemption procedures in accordance with regulations, while organizing construction on the allocated land areas to accelerate project completion. In addition, DragonGroup was encouraged to proactively and actively attract secondary investment projects in line with Ha Tinh Province’s industrial development orientation.



Acknowledging the provincial leaders’ guidance, DragonGroup affirmed its commitment to continue mobilizing resources and accelerating infrastructure investment for the Gia Lach Industrial Park Expansion in strict compliance with the approved planning and development orientation. The Group will also enhance the application of sustainable development solutions, environmental protection measures, and infrastructure service quality.

In the coming period, DragonGroup aims to develop the Gia Lach Industrial Park Expansion (DragonIZ Ha Tinh) into a modern, fully integrated, and highly competitive industrial park, ready to welcome the global supply chain shift. Through this, the project is expected to effectively attract both domestic and foreign investors, promote industrial development, create employment opportunities, and make positive contributions to the socio-economic growth of Ha Tinh Province and the North Central region of Vietnam.
