
Attending the working session on behalf of DragonGroup were Ms. Vu Thi Tha – Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of DragonGroup; Ms. Bui Thi Kieu Van – Deputy General Director of DragonGroup; together with representatives of the leadership of member units and staff in charge of investment and business activities. Representing VCCI Nghe An – Ha Tinh – Quang Binh were Mr. Bui Xuan Sinh – Director of VCCI Nghe An – Ha Tinh – Quang Binh Region, along with representatives of the regional VCCI.
The program was also attended by a delegation of Shanghai enterprises (China), representing companies operating in industrial manufacturing, technology, and international investment. Established in 1989, DragonGroup has developed into a diversified enterprise, operating an integrated ecosystem across industrial manufacturing, urban and industrial real estate, textile and yarn production, as well as related service and infrastructure sectors. Over more than three decades of development, DragonGroup has gradually strengthened its brand reputation and expanded its operational scale, employing over 1,000 staff and workers and implementing projects in many provinces and cities nationwide, including Hung Yen, Hanoi, Ha Tinh, Thai Nguyen, Phu Tho, and Lao Cai, thereby making positive contributions to local socio-economic development.
Within the framework of the working session, the parties focused on discussions and exchanges regarding investment cooperation orientations and the potential development of industrial and manufacturing value chains in the coming period. Key discussion topics centered on areas of mutual interest, including cooperation in the textile and high-tech yarn manufacturing industries; development of renewable energy and clean energy projects; mining and mineral processing associated with the production of construction materials; supply of equipment, elevators, and specialized vehicles serving industrial operations; development of robotic automation solutions for manufacturing; as well as cooperation in the application of accounting software and enterprise management technology solutions.

In her welcoming remarks and orientation on cooperation, Ms. Vu Thi Tha – Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of DragonGroup – emphasized that, within its long-term development strategy, DragonGroup identifies industrial real estate as a key sector, serving as a foundational pillar for the Group’s sustainable growth. Accordingly, DragonGroup focuses on investing in industrial parks and industrial clusters developed under a modern approach, with synchronized technical infrastructure, environmental friendliness, and readiness to accommodate manufacturing projects with high technological content and strong value-added potential.
At the working session, DragonGroup presented an overview of its development strategy and key projects, highlighting DragonIZ Ha Tinh Industrial Park (Ha Tinh Dragon Industrial Zone) as a flagship project that plays an important role in DragonGroup’s strategy to expand its industrial footprint in the North Central region of Vietnam. The project features a strategically connected location, well-developed and synchronized technical infrastructure, and a clean land bank ready for investors, making it well suited for manufacturing, processing, supporting industries, and high-tech industrial sectors.

In addition, the delegates were introduced to several other flagship projects of DragonGroup, including the Dragon Textiles 2 High-Tech Yarn Factory and the advanced waste-to-energy solid waste incineration plant project. Notably, DragonGroup has formed a joint venture with Wangneng Environmental Company under the Mizuda Group (China) to implement a waste-to-energy solid waste incineration plant in Thai Binh Province, and is continuing to invest in a similar project in Phu Tho Province. These projects are being implemented on schedule, thereby affirming DragonGroup’s strong execution capacity, partner credibility, and the effectiveness of cooperation between DragonGroup and Chinese enterprises.
Through the working session, DragonGroup expressed its desire to expand comprehensive cooperation with the Chinese business community, not only in industrial park development but also across manufacturing, supply chains, technology, and industrial support services. DragonGroup is committed to accompanying investors throughout the entire project lifecycle—from information access and legal procedures to factory construction and operation—while offering competitive infrastructure leasing rates and flexible support policies, thereby creating a stable, transparent, and sustainable investment environment.
